We are a local family owned and operated health food store in Nowra on the beautiful South Coast of NSW. Peter and Ingrid Gilmour took over the store in April 2000 from Ron and Peggy Gellatley (who had operated the store for 23 years previously).

Both Peter and Ingrid are Naturopaths and are passionate about vibrant health. The store stocks a broad range of health needs from supplements, bulk foods to natural makeup and hair dyes.

In store is also myNaturopath Clinic, where Ingrid and Peter run a successful busy Naturopathic clinic offering live blood analysis, intolerance testing, nautropathic and herbal consults. To book your appointment hit the button below.
